- Tuesday, September 10th, 11:35-12:20: First Horace Mann Orchestra Rehearsal (continues throughout the year)
- Thursday, September 12th, 2:05-2:50: First 5th Grade Band Rehearsal (continues throughout the year)
- Week of September 23rd: 4th Grade Instrument Classes start
- Friday, October 18th: 3rd graders take home their recorders
- Monday, December 16th: 4th Grade Chorus in-school concert (for school only, recordings available online at www.lotzmusic.com)
- Thursday, January 23rd, 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM: 5th Grade Winter Concert for school (9:00) and families (7:00); 5th Grade Chorus, 5th Grade Band, and String Ensemble
- Wednesday, April 15th, 10:30 AM: 3rd Grade Recorder Concert for Families ***Rescheduled date TBA
- Fitness for Life, Friday, May 22nd: 2nd Grade drum circle
